1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Scale Bridge website (scalebridge.ai) and any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Scale Bridge provides AI-powered business transformation consulting, including but not limited to:

  • AI voice agent implementation and support
  • RAG knowledge base development
  • Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
  • Business process automation
  • Exit strategy planning and valuation optimization
  • UGC and AI content creation

The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement will be defined in a separate service agreement or statement of work between you and Scale Bridge.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts & Information

Certain features may require you to provide personal or business information (e.g., when filling out a contact form or assessment). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Scale Bridge website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Scale Bridge or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Any custom AI systems, automations, or deliverables created as part of a paid engagement are subject to the intellectual property terms defined in your individual service agreement.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers connected to them
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the website without permission
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Scale Bridge does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

While we provide consultation on business valuation and exit strategies, Scale Bridge is not a licensed broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial advisor. Any projections, estimates, or valuations are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial advice. We recommend consulting with qualified legal and financial professionals before making business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scale Bridge and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Scale Bridge in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scale Bridge and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or recommend third-party tools and platforms (e.g., CRMs, communication tools, AI platforms). Scale Bridge is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of any third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Scale Bridge operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
